Staff should not be trying to tilt the players and they certainly should not make stupid remarks such as “that was a quick $500 you lost, are you going to lose this $500 quicker? (As I’m buying more chips) That is completely absurd and unacceptable.

This issue needs to be addressed ASAP! I know a ton of baccarat players and poker players that feel the same way. Bad experiences like this make me not want to come back and make me want to tell other players not to. I ended up waiting for an open spot and played on that table, but I wasn’t able to leave the casino until 1pm and I got stuck in a ton of traffic. So I said “your name is ANDY ANDY?” And he goes “yeah” (lying straight to my face) I don’t expect customers to be treated this way, it’s very unprofessional. My last name is ANDY with a big smirk on his face. Why would I have to wait for players to finish an entire shoe before I can play? I asked ANDY for his last name and he was being a wise guy saying ANDY. ANDY said they will come over when they finish the shoe. I said “you guys told me that I can’t play on two tables at once, if they are playing over there, then they can’t possibly be playing over here”.

I asked who it’s reserved for and he said the entire table that is playing over there and pointed to the table that was full. I asked him why and he says “because all of the spots are reserved, don’t you see?” They put those round clear plastic things to reserve every spot at the table that was empty. ANDY came over with a big attitude and told me that I can’t play. I sat down with more money looking to buy in and play to try and win my money back. There’s only a few tables going in the morning time, but they were all full except for one table. I’m trying to leave around 8am so that I can avoid traffic and get some sleep during the day.

Around 5 am the next morning, I lost a little over $4,000.

I get knocked out of the tourney and decided to play some Baccarat. Here is the situation: I came to play the black chip tourney on Tuesday night at 7pm in the poker room. He is the bald headed guy with glasses working in the Baccarat pit that could care less about the players losing their hard earned money because he thinks his S*** (you know what) doesn’t stink. My complaint is about ANDY who wouldn’t tell me his position or his last name.
