I had a room with an door to the next room and when my neighbors were home it was like the joining door was wide open - I could hear every word and they were not exactly being noisy. The shower and sink got hot fast and the A/C worked great (I used a bath towel as a blanket when I was just lounging around the room) but it is a bit noisy. There is decent K-cup coffee in the room. But it was hot, fast, and opens at 5am before anyplace else at the resort. I mostly used the resort's Starbucks for an early breakfast and it was standard Starbucks fare. Both portions were plenty for what you pay in a place like this. I had Pad Thai take-out one night from Aloha Grill and it was also good and hot. I didn't do any gambling at all during my stay. That was also nice because I had a 4pm return home flight. I didn't have to wait and drag my luggage around until 3pm! I also asked for a late check-out and was offered up to about 2pm at no charge. My flight arrived at Reno in the morning and the resort allows early check-in (I used a check-in kiosk - very easy) to get your room keys after 12 noon, so that was very nice.

Only about 15 minutes between the Reno airport and the resort. The resort's airport shuttle from and to the airport were on-time as advertised and easy to find both times. I attended a convention while spending six nights at the Nugget Casino Resort in June.
